But anyway back to CC, I don't understand how *anyone* goes down that road anymore. Between upfront cost, maintenance cost, complexity, maintenance/admin burden, etc.... it's just no longer in the race. I understand big companies have inertia (I just plead guilty to it myself) and culture & processes etc... but still at some point, someone's gotta stand up & say (cue "Network" audio clip) "I'm mad as hell and not gonna take it anymore!"
